We had a really enjoyable stay at this luxurious and comfortable 4-star hotel. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to our every need. They were always polite, helpful, and courteous, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. We particularly appreciated the 24-hour restaurant, which served a delicious and varied range of breakfast options. The room service was also top-notch, perfect for late-night cravings. The air conditioning in the room was superb, providing a cool and refreshing atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. The spacious room itself was a great size, offering plenty of comfort and relaxation.

Amiable staff, GREAT setting. Mandaue district was worth exploring. Good sleep in a comfortable bed.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and major streets for easy travel. the restaurant is like a canteen. the service is good and staff is friendly. the room is spacious with comfortable beds.
The swimming pool is mostly shaded and located under the workout room, making it difficult to sunbathe.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful in arranging a shuttle to the airport, very near. The hotel facilities were clean and the breakfast was good. the hotel was located very close to Indian restaurants, easy for me to find food that I liked.
Nothing could have been better.

The staff was helpful, offering a shuttle to the airport and even letting us tag along for free. They provided a complimentary breakfast to go and gave us options for our package. The swimming pool and gym were spacious and enjoyable. The bathroom and bedroom were comfortable and roomy.

The breakfast was decent, with a variety of options available, including some western-style food. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area around it, with several good restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the strong WiFi signal in the room, which was great for relaxing and streaming movies after a long day out.
Our experience at this hotel was not great. The room was quite old and outdated, with stained carpets and dusty surfaces.

Spent Christmas here and it was okay. Rooms were clean and had comfy beds for a good night's sleep. the location was close to malls and restaurants, making it easy to access them. the breakfast was good and had a lot of variety.
The staff could have been friendlier and more attentive to the guests. the bathroom was outdated and had poor water pressure.
